Dental Help by State

Dental professionals across America are taking responsibility for the dental health in their communities.

  Organizations that Help

The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists offers a program for victims of domestic violence called Give Back a Smile.

Free Medical Clinics provides a listing of free and low cost medical and dental clinics throughout the US. I like this site because it is easy to access information for your state.

Aidpage is a website, by Google, geared toward people helping people. There is a wealth of dental help information by a few contributors.

Operation Blessing  provides free dental and medical services to those in  need in various areas. If you are interested in volunteering for OB, sign-up.

 Dental/Dental Hygiene Schools

The ADHA website gives a drop-down list of dental hygiene schools by state. This information is geared toward the student, but provides contact information for each school. You should contact the school closest to you to determine the protocol in getting appointments. Schools are on a class schedule and not an office schedule.

The ADA website shows a list of US dental schools. I noticed the contact information is not that of the dental clinic, but of admissions. However, this will get you in the right direction. Web sites are great source of information for patients since this is usually provided on the site.

Government Provision

Use this website to see if there are clinical trials for the treatment you seek.
Not only is there no cost, but compensation is sometimes provided.

 State Dental Societies

&

Associations

Your state's dental society or association will have resources needed to find care in your state.

Use the numbers listed or connect to individual websites by clicking on your state.
