The Dr. Samuel D. Harris National Museum of Dentistry has an education center component that is similar to the education center to be built in Raleigh, North Carolina. The North Carolina Oral Health Education Center will be free to the public and the first in the nation.

A charitable organization formed to address deficiencies in access to dental health care.
Governed by a voluntary Board of Directors devoted to making access to dental care and education a reality for all.
Beginning the first phase of providing access across the state utilizing successful free, sliding-scale and educational models.

NC MPACT believes

     That the solution to access to dental care and oral health education is multi-faceted and requires the collaborative efforts of each component.
     Education and prevention are the foundation by which success will be built.
     Everyone deserves to get their oral health needs met.

NC MPACT will

     Open the first US Oral Health Education Center in North Carolina to provide education in oral health, how oral health relates to systemic health and disease prevention.
     Open free, sliding-scale and Medicaid clinics throughout the state in partnership with dental professionals beginning with one in eastern NC and one in Western NC.
     Partner to aid access models across the globe.
